The ports

The shipping ports of Curaçao, including the Port of Willemstad and Bullen Bay, play a vital role in the island's economy by facilitating the movement of various commodities.

At these ports, a wide range of goods can be loaded and discharged, including petroleum products, refined fuels, and crude oil at Bullen Bay, which is known for its oil storage and transshipment capabilities.

The ports St Michiel and Caracas Bay can be used for lay-by ports. The bay’s crystal-clear waters make it a preferred site for inspections, repairs, crew changes, spare parts delivery and underwater cleaning
