What we do
We work with an experienced and dedicated team of professionals to guarantee the highest quality of service in each and every port
Our services
General agent
As a general agent, we combine the roles of both an owner's agent and a charterer's agent. We handle the cargo interests of the charterers during the loading and discharging operations, while also offering support with tasks that need to be arranged for the owners, such as CTM, spare delivery, and more.
Charterer's Agent
We ensure cargo owners of efficient port operations including but not limited to:
-
Port status and conditions
-
Customs documentation
-
Supervise loading or discharge operations of the vessel
-
Commodity know how
-
Reduce expenses
-
Decrease turnaround time
Protecting Agent
We supervise the charterer's agent during vessel's port call, including the auditing of the applicable PDA, validation of documents issuance as per instructions, coordinate bunkering, delivery-redelivery certificates, surveys and the other usual services.
Our local knowledge of the ports is beneficial to all ship owners and operators.
Owners Agent
As owner's agent we protect the interests of the ship owner/technical management and take care of all husbandry matters.
All owners/crew related matters like crew changes, cash to master etc. will be arranged by our dedicated teams 24 hours per day.
We can arrange transport from and to the vessel and make all necessary appointments for the crew during vessels’ port call.
On the logistic side we can arrange (temporary) storage for your spare parts if needed through our channels and make sure all your provision, spare parts or other items will be delivered onboard the vessel prior vessels departure without any delays.
Husbandry Agent
We have built a unique network of service providers based on the needs of our clients to guarantee that the crewchanges, cash to master, repairs, deliveries and other related services are being handled as per clients expectations.
As an additional service we also keep our clients updated on vessel's prospects and port situation so that an optimized port call can be achieved.
